During the last 8 years, I was misdiagnosed 3 times (hernia, sciatic nerve and for a skin rush I was given the wrong cream), not once he dared to think out of the box and include my PSA test, as part of my periodical blood tests. At least 9 blood tests were taken (2000-2007) and none prescribed the PSA, though i was at the age and risk to require such a test, until I went to a new doctor who tested my PSA and who sent me to Urologist, who tested me and found the prostate to be cancerous.
Front desk are trained to file documents and the doctors do not read them (it is a long story related to cancer finding).
