Reliable replaced eight windows and the front door in our home and what a difference it has made with the appearance as well as our cooling bill. The Low E windows are incredible. Jeff, I can??t say enough about the professionalism you, your staff presented.

I was a little leery about using Branson Sash & Door since most of my other estimates were so much higher. I even used my credit card just in case something went wrong. But it turns out Branson does great work and I have no complaints.

Ordered custom product. Was told it would be ready at a certain date. When called it was not ready. Given another date, when called it was not ready. Again given another date, when called it was not ready. One week later it finally was ready. Picked up item and when taken home, product was discovered to have cosmetic flaw. When called talked to someone, they stated bring product back and they would supply new one. Later they said they ordered paint to cover up what they called a minor scratch. It was not a minor scratch, it was an indentation, that looked like either a nail or drill bit hit it. I told them I wanted a new product, not one that had a dent covered up by paint. They stated they would not do. I told them they could keep it and I would cancel my credit card purchase if they could not supply me with a new product. They said if I did that they would take me to court. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They ordered the wrong size windows, we had to wait another week for them to come in. The workers damaged our new window sills (my dad just installed them and I painted them the night before so I know the damage wasn't there prior). When I asked the workers about the damage on the sills they lied to me about it said "uh... I don't know. We didn't do it, we just put the window in." I told them I just painted it and no one else had been in those room. he repeated "I don't know. we didn't do it. We just put the window in." The windows and sliding doors were scratched and nicked everywhere (from the manufacturer and from the installers.) When the co-owner of the company, Jeff, came to our house to see issues (while the guys were installing the windows in the RIGHT size this time) he blew my husband off, threatened to put a 20 day lean on our house because we hadn't paid the balance due... which we had no problem paying when the job was done..(remember the workers were installing the windows during this confirmation). Jeff used very inappropriate language (cursing) at my husband and left without resolving any of the issues. One of the workers installing the windows apologized to my husband for his bosses behavior. His behavior/language was NOT acceptable for a professional, especially an owner of a company. Susan (the other co-owner, husband and wife) blamed EVERY problem on the manufacture. We had a new entry door and new windows installed by branson's they were great the install crew wes very clean and polite they did evey thing they said they would do we would use them again .

We selected Branson for three reasons: 1. Neighbors used them and had no complaints. 2. They were well-established and local. 3. The were $500 cheaper than the next highest bidder. We have ordered our windows but they have not yet arrived.
I'm regretting the decision. I should have heeded the warning signs:
1. Other window companies were very responsive over email and appeared anxious for our business, Branson required a confirmation over the phone before they would come out.
2. Other window companies said "we'll be at your house at x o'clock". Branson said "we'll be there between x and x:30".
3. Other companies emailed us brochures and sample photos of products. Branson couldn't.
4. After I gave Branson 50% deposit, they said they'd call tomorrow to schedule installation. Five days later, I still hadn't heard from them so I stopped by. They claimed they were waiting to hear from manufacturer and that they, for sure, would call me on Tuesday. Now it's Wednesday and I still haven't heard from them. Arrgh!
I should have picked up on their lack of responsibility from the beginning. Live and learn

Only had a few brands to choose from. Didnt like any of the styles. wish they had a selection of more windows. Price range also was high for those brands.
