5 Stars: Great hotel (by Melanie T.)

I love the location of this hotel. It's right across the street from a major shopping mall and there is also a PF Changs next to it. The main atrium area has been recently renovated and looks really nice. I love the koi pond too. The service is excellent!

4 Stars: Better than your average Embassy Suites (by Mitch G.)

To begin with, I like the general set up and format of all Embassy Suites hotels--big courtyards/atriums, suites with kitchettes, free breakfast, and free happy hour.

This particular Embassy Suites has all those features and more. Most notably, the location is great since it's right accross the street from the UTC shopping center and has an adjoining P.F. Changs. It also has a giant koi pond with some of the largest goldfish I've ever seen. This seems like a small thing, but if you ever travel with kids (as I was on my last trip here), the 20 minutes of peace it provided are priceless.

My only gripes are: an overchlorinated pool and a workout room with no weights whatsoever.

4 Stars: Great Experience (by N S.)

I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel on a business trip once. It's not a big hotel comparing to some of the hotels in Las Vegas. My first impression was, this is one of the nicest place I've ever stayed. The service was great starting with the reception area to a bellman who shown me up to my room. The room was very bright which I like that and it was very clean. The tub with jets and it was big enough for 2 people to fit in it. The room was equiped with high speed internet and 2 phones in each room. It's a perfect hotel for business travelers like me. Overall experience was great and I would recommended for everyone.
