The area where storage is located on Firestone, CA is pretty nice, customer service was BEYOND awesome! They really took their time to help you out and consider the positions that some of us may be in. They also have great promo rates. MILITARY folks, they do have a 10 % or so discount. I would def. recommend them!
Had to give them that last star for the excellent service the helpfulness and not make me feel like I'm bugging them with all my questions.

Leo & Isabel take Customer Service to the top! Recently I was in a stressful situation and needed a storage unit fast, Leo helped me figure the size I needed, gave me a truck to use FREE, and made a difficult situation simple! I highly recommend them to my friends and others in need of storage.

I recently rented a storage at this location. I feel very safe keeping my stuff stored here because of the code gate access. I believe they also have video surveillance. They are open 7 days a week so I can go any day of the week if I need to. The prices they charge are pretty reasonable. They offer small to large storage rooms.
