Fresco Ii

For a LONG time Lancaster has needed a place like this. AWESOME food, OUTSTANDING happy service, and good live music. I was glad to see outside dining, although the weather had changed and it was too cold to sit there. Pricy but large servings. Did not get dessert. Artichoke was very good. Angel hair pasta was fresh and tasty for our vegetarian palates. Unfortunately,

we love fresco ii restaurant!!!
they have the best tasting food, everything from the calamari, oh we just tried the stuffed artichoke special, and it was outragious....my grandmother used to make this when i was a child, and i didn't think i would ever find this dish in a restaurant>>way to go frescoii.
i would recommend to anyone, to go to this place.. the service was great too... they have a great bar and great food, i will go back....

fresco II is the best food in the whole antelope valley...
me and my friends always go get stuffed artichokes and bowtieeee soooooooooooo gooood and the medeterenan chopp salad ughh i love it!
thats the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
this place is a gem.
the owners are so cool. they gave me a cannoli for my birthday is was deLicI0US!!!

GO TO FRESCO ITS WORTH IT:)

WONDERFUL!!! RESTAURANT!!!
I LOVE THIS PLACE!
Every time I go it gets better and better!! The food is deliciuos, the ambience is so nice, live music daily, they have a real nice selection of wines and beers and ales, a full cocktail bar...well stocked by the way....
The seafood dishes, pastas, steaks, pizzas,, and so much more...they always have creative specials....fresh fresh fresh desserts, you name it...great portions too....
I will always frequent this restaurant, and all my out of town guests love it!! Lenny and Lea and their family go out of their way to make you feel at home...I recently went to two parties and Fresco II catered, it was outstanding! Please check this place out....you will not be disappointed.........I LOVE IT!!!!

The best restaurant I have had in my life!! I have travelled all over the world and love this place!!! I would follow them any where...They make the best delicious tasting food, and use ALL fresh ingredients..The seafood pasta, best calamari, rack of lamb , Greek style, chicken dishes, fresh seafood, large portions...the music, the owners Lea and Lenny, all about family...great food, ambience..Italian favorites from Lenny's side of the family, lasange, desserts, fuggatta bout it....cannolis, freshly stuffed, tiramisu, creme brulee....you gotta check it out....full cocktail bar, extensive beer and wine list...I love this place...Oh they have live Bands, live music, and late night entertainment with late night menu...They are an award winning restaurant!!!!!!!!!! Make reservations, they cater too...we had a catering for 200 guests, and Everyone asked who catered, they loved it....

I'd recommend Fresco II to anyone. My experiences have mostly been great. One time the service was really bad, but other times, I cannot complain.
The food is great--they give you a lot of food for the price. The dishes are a little on the high side, so it might not be somewhere you'd want to go all the time. The ambiance is great--very romantic.
They have a great beer selection--not just your American lagers.
The bread that comes before the meal is delicious with the garlicky dipping sauce... it is to die for!

Great food --- which is hard to find in the AV. Nice place to spend a Friday night. Martini's are the best. Freindly people, and the service is the best.

Upon moving to Lancaster in January 07, my Husband and I have had 1 disappointment after another with the local restaurants. We attempted to go to Fresco II in June 07 (without reservations) and the wait was going to be an hour or so....so, we left. We didn't try again until last week. Oh my, was it ever worth the wait? Great table, great service and to top it off, the band (1 man) was playing our song, Summer Wind, as the Server brought our drinks. They make and excellent dirty martini and have a great wine selection. The wine glasses were the long stem bubble glasses. I ordered a Cajun Penne and my Husband was pleased to see the combination of Meatballs and Sausage with Spaghetti. The food was really fresh and tasty, and we had lots left over for the next day. Would I recommend Fresco II? Oh yes, in fact, I'm calling them right now to make reservations for our next date night.

If you want an exceptional dining experience, check out Fresco II.

This is a great, quaint little spot that offers a fine, striking menu of Mediterranean flavors. Although there are a few flaws such as being diminutive in location, the service a little slow and also a bit pricey, the atmosphere is quite welcoming and cordial. The dishes are served in big proportions and lovely to share with a friend. I highly recommend the Salmon Fresco which is, by far, the most splendid and flavorful dish I have ever eaten in this Valley. The salmon is well-seasoned, adorned with artichoke and sun-dried tomatoes with homemade mashed potatoes and a serving of fresh cooked vegetables on the side. Every savory bite is a delightful, flavor fest on your palate! Truth be told, there are not many restaurants in this Valley I favor but Fresco II is an exception. In addition, there are not many Mediterranean/Italian restaurants that serve cannoli which Fresco II offers. It is a classic Sicilian pastry which is a crispy, tube-shaped wafer filled with sweetened ricotta and aromatized with chocolate chips and powdered sugar. Also, the ice cream is deliciously homemade a lovely addition to a fine meal. Overall, Fresco II is a superb and charming place to dine with a significant other or as a group.

You would never guess that hiding in that strip mall on L and 20th, yes, the one with the big Ralph's and the realtor and tanning salon is a GEM of a resto in Lancaster.

Too many chains in Lancaster, yes siree. So go to Fresco-- fresh-- and see what REAL food is like. They have marvelous heaping plates of pasta cooked perfectly al dente doused in homemade sauces. They have glistening salads in Italian and Greek traditions, that are huge and lovely to share with a friend.

The service is impeccable-- no, really! The staff is knowledgable at pairing wines with oyur meal. I never left room for dessert but I am sure it will not disappoint.

Do yourself a favor and check out this fabulous place-- and come out in support for the small business owner!!!
