Julie's Rancho Pet Grooming

Awful experience... I left my two healthy dogs at Julie's for boarding over Christmas. The first day there one of my dogs got sick, they called me to tell me that. The next day they called to say she was better. My vet suggested I get her out of there. I cut my trip short and flew back on Christmas day. I called them multiple times on Christmas, no one picked up, and they turned off their answering machine. The next day on the 26th, they were supposed to be open 8-5. I called multiple times, no one answered, and there was no way to leave a message since the answering machine was off. I drove out there and the place was shut. I left a note on the door. Around 2 pm someone called me back, and said they were open 2-5. I said I wanted my dogs and they were supposed to be groomed before I picked them up. He said no one was going to groom them. I went to pick them up. The snot-nosed male employee said the "holiday hours" were posted. I pointed out the hours were posted inside the door and not outside where someone could read them. He then said I shouldn't have left her there because she was old, and had been sick for 4 days! I said why didn't anybody call me? Why didn't they pick up the phone? Why was the answering machine off? He said they were on "holiday" and deliberately did not answer the phone! He told me not to ever come back. I said no problem. My dog had dried vomit and feces matted in her fur, plus they didn't return one of the toys I left. I took her to the vet; the vet had to put her on an IV becuase she was severely dehydrated and had lost a lot of weight. She had to be put on medication. The vet plus plus the emergency trip home cost me over $600. I believe my dog would have died if I would have left her the full 8 days. The employee was absolutely awful. If I was the owner, I would have fired him. DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS AT THIS AWFUL PLACE!

Wow, so glad I took my puppy there!! This was his 1st time to any groomer and we will be back!! We were all greeted at the door and right away our little Riley was licking faces. Upon pick up he was very excited to see me and he looked great!! Thanks for taking great care of our little guy!!

The best grooming shop around!! These women really know what they're doing. They love the dogs like their own and have sooo much patience with them. My dog loves going there, he actually gets all excited when we enter the shopping center and just runs for that door to get inside. Everyone there are really sweet and genuinely care for the dogs. They even groom my cat!!! I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a groomer or boarding.

I have taken my huge, hairy golden retriever to Julie's on numerous occasions. Sometimes for a shave and sometimes just to get rid of the undercoat. The last time he went, a groomer sat on the floor with him for an HOUR combing and trimming him. Nothing could have made my dog happier. AN HOUR on the floor, certainly they had better things to do, but that is what they did!!! When he left, he looked like a show dog! He loves Julie's and so do I! I send everyone I know to Julie's and they love it too.

My dog is a rescue and can be afraid of her own shadow at times, so I'm very picky about her groomer, vet, etc. When I moved to the area, Julie's Pet Grooming was recommended to me. My dog loves to go. She tries to push me out of the car when we pull up out in front! Not only does she love it, but she always comes out looking fabulous! Who could ask for anything more? Not us! Two paws up!

I recently took my long hair not water friendly dog to this groomer and was very happy with the service provided. Prices were average and the groomer was very friendly and seemed to do very well with animals. Would definetly recommend to others and would be back again.
