He learned the trade from his father, and has been goldsmithing for 30+ years. He is reliable and trustworthy and extremely reasonable. Almost a little too reasonable! And you can tell her enjoys his work. Don't be put off by the size - your investment is in good hands with Brad. He has some estate jewelry there for sale, but the main business is repairing your treasures.

This is a family-owned business in downtown Los Altos. I've been a customer for over five years and have only positive experiences. The prices are reasonable, but due to the volume of business, the turn-around time isn't very quick. But it IS worth the wait, IMHO.
