Kragen Auto Parts

I use Kragen's alot for my trucks parts. Alot of the parts like an alternator has a lifetime warranty. That is probably the main reason why I come here. I have returned a couple of parts in the past and without a receipt and they have accepted it back with no hassle. Your name and the part number goes on their computer so even if you don't have a receipt they can check that you purchased it at Kragens

I LIKE TO GO TO THIS KRAGEN BECAUSE IT HAS A BIG PARKING LOT UNLIKE OTHER KRAGENS THE STORE IS NOT THAT BIG BUT IT DOES HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AT THIS KRAGEN CONSIDERING HOW SMALL THE STORE IS. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION PRICES ARE DECENT. PARKING THERE IS VERY GOOD AND ITS VERY EASY TO LOCATE THE STORE.

I am not so good with fixing my car or finding the right stuff but they are always willing to help me locate the right item. As my car is getting older I think I may be visiting them more.

This is a good place for shopping for auto stuff. I haven't gotten any services here but I've bought a few things like car mats, car cleaning supplies, etc and I thought the selection was good (not great) and the prices seemed reasonable.

PROS: Good Basic Auto Parts Store

i went here with a friend and this place was great. the service was really good, helpful, and friendly. the store has nice clean isles and the items were very easy to find so i didn't have any trouble finding what i needed. the people there are really great. this is a good place!

I had a problem with my car and I needed help immediately. The first thing I did was go to Kragens and the guy who helped me was extremely nice and charismatic. He was very helpful and told me what to do and gave me really good advice. I listened and that solved the problem and that was that. This location is located in an okay area, not so bad not so good. The parking lot is extremely small with only about 10 parking spaces and the store is pretty big itself. I don't know how they run their business, but they're very nice and the prices are not that bad either.

PROS: nice workers, good prices.
CONS: small lot.

This Kragens, is one of the better ones around. It is medium sized and usually has the part in stock that I want. The staff is very knowlegeable friendly and helpful and seem to be mainly made up of students from the nearby Skyline College Automotive program. The other good thing about it is that a few miles down the same road is another bigger Kragens, so if the first store doesn't have the part I need, then the second store usually will.
