When I bought my home the previous owners left out that the plumbing sucked! From the look of the house is was very nice on the outside, fresh paint, new kitchen counter tops and new flooring. Little did I know that 1 year after I purchased the home I would be hiring a plumber to fix the whole kitchen plumbing. He said the previous guys literally did quick fixes and nothing was by code. Red Lilly took a look at all the plumbing in my house and made everything work and up to code for a pretty good price. Thank Red Lillys!
I have been living in the Los Angeles area all my life, and about 5 years ago I purchased my first home, I was so excited up until I started having so many plumbing issues, My house was built in the 20's and was in deseparate need of a new sewer system. I called different plumbers and finally found RED LILLY , red lilly came out to my house on time, and gave me the most honest estimate. I was in total tears because I was so sad that they were going dig up my yard but my Tech explained to me that Red Lilly uses Trenchless technology this elimated the need to dig any trenches in my beautiful yard. They were able to reline my sewer pipe and not have not tear anything up. This process was done in less than 3 days. From start to finish Red Lilly kept me aware of everything that was gong on, I love there customer service, The girl in the office was amazing and Peter my technician is just first class. I will never use anybody else to take care of any future problems that arise. I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for honesty and integrity.! Please use these guys they are the best...
This company is the best around, I was having major issues with my plumbing and I called Red Lilly , they came out and gave me a very affordable quote, They were fast and very dillegent, I recommend them to anyone. I understand why they have been in business so long, ITS THERE GREAT SERVICE!
This used to be a good company, but they changed hands recently, and are now quite a shady operation.
The work is competent, but the prices are outrageous, particularly if you're in a bind, and watch out when the camera comes out. There's bound to be an extremely costly repair that just has to be done -- but a special deal just for you.

First of all, DO NOT USE RED LILLY PLUMBING. They lie and try to get money out of you. They want to charge you for more work then is needed. They come to your house and leave it for a long time and come back at night and don't finish the job. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY AND MORE MONEY AND DON'T WANT TO DO THE WORK. As one guy said in his comments that he did not need the extra job. They said I needed a sewer cap and charge me 1,350 for something I did not need. I payed it because it was the weekend and I needed them to snake the pipe and they wind up putting an extra sewer cap I did not need but I was disparate to clean the sewer on Friday evening. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.
Recently, while I was out of town, the clothes washer drain in a duplex I own clogged up. Since I wasn't there, my tenant contacted Red Lillly to snake the drain. I spoke to the plumber over the phone who told me he could only snake ten feet into the drain and that it was clogged solid. He said he went under the house and determined that by the age of the house, the 2" pipe was clogged with rust and crud. I was charged $69 for this "service". He told me me it would cost about $1,100 to repair. I put it off until I return to Los Angeles about three days later. I went under the house and opened the drain pipe at a place where it joined the kitchen sink drain. This was about 14 feet from the inlet that the plumber inserted the snake. There is a bend in the pipe. But it is about 3 feet from the inlet. Otherwise, the pipe is straight to point where I opened the drain. At that point I noted there was soft sludge blocking the drain pipe. I cleared that sludge and probed the pipe back to about 4 feet from the inlet. The plumber claimed he snaked beyond this point. There was absolutely no resistance or blockage. I resealed the pipe and tested the water flow. There was absolutely no resistance or back up. It worked great. I contacted Red Lilly and spoke to the general manager and explained that I thought that the plumber either lied to me or was incompetent. Incompetent in that he should have been able to clear the pipe easily with the snake. Even if there was some resistance, as an experienced plumber, he should have been able to get the snake through. The manager told me she would follow up. I call a week later and asked what was the result and that I thought I should get a refund since the work fell far below the standards of a plumber and that I had to clear the drain pipe myself. The manager told me that this plumber was one of their most experienced plumbers and she stood by what he said. She implied that I may be trying to take advantage of their business. This is absolutely ludicrous - for $69? Bottom line, I was charged $69 for either incompetent service or fraudulent services. I don't know. I do know that I was told it would cost me about $1,100 to repair. It cost me $4.00 for a new coupling piece to rejoin the pipe. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
World class service for an affordable price, Thank you Red Lilly Plumbing for changing my old water heater and replacing it with a new Tankless water heater. I am very pleased with the price and how you guys were on time everyday, your office staff was courteous and punctual. I will recommend you guys to all my friends and family
they were wonderful. They came ton the hosue and looked at the lpumbing for free. They explained that what i needed for my garbage disposal inthis case was an electrician.
i thought it was amazing they rpvided a service for free ( becasue i diod not actually need a plumber in this day and age and were so gracious about it.So i am repaying them with this good review. it is the least I can do.
i had a wonderful experience with Red Lilly, they replaced my sewer line, i had a clogged drain and my toilet was overflowing and they came to my house and ran there fiberoptic camera and found a severe broken section of my sewer pipe. i had others plumbers but they were charging me an arm and a leg for an inspection. Red Lilly on the other had came and did the inspection for free. I am satified with there work, There prices were very affordable and resonable. I will recommend them to all my freinds and family.
I notice a bad smell coming from under my house. I went out there and looked around with a flash light and found a big puddle of water under my house. I called red Lilly, and they send Carlos. He crawled under the house he determined that there was a drain pipe broken. He took pictures and showed me what the problem was. Gave me a estimate to replace it. Which it was more then fair!! Took about 3 hours, showed me some before and after pictures I paid him and he was on his way. No time wasted!! with BS!! Told me what the problem was, how to fix it , and how much it would cost me.
Red Lilly Plumbing was referred to me by a friend of mine. They did the repiping of my house. Everything my friend said was true. They finished on time, there fees were reasonable and the people were really great to work with. Best plumbers in Los Angeles and I will be recommending them to my friend s whenever they need a plumber.
I had called out another plumbing company- who really raked me over the coals. Red Lilly was prompt, courteous and reasonable. When the others cost $300 for a simple clean out, Red Lilly was $150 and that was two days work along with a new pressure regulator. I am very pleased with Jesse, who did the repairs and will have him do more work. I even had to call them on the 4th of July weekend and there was no extra holiday surcharge.
I called them at 10 am. They sent a guy named Carlos out by 12, he was gone and my sink was fixed by 12:45. And this seems standard for them - there were no rush fees, or even a hint that they couldn't get it done right away. He offered up a $15 discount without my even asking. He explained what was wrong, gave me an upfront estimate that didn't change after he finished the work, and he even told me about the history of indoor plumbing while he was working. I will definitely call them again for plumbing issues.
