My only complaint about these delicious sandwich place are that there are too many sandwiches to try! I highly recommend not getting stuck on your 'favorite' and branching out, because I have loved everything I have tried. The sandwiches are huge, so get one at lunch and you have dinner too! In addition to the sandwiches, they have great ceviche as well as many other treats at the deli.

I love Chris' Liquor Store. Don't let the name fool you! They have a sandwich bar and they're the best sandwiches ever! They don't cheat you on the fillings/meat. They make the sandwiches large and there's no need to request extra meat! Everything is fresh. And it fits right in at OB. I would definitely recommend!

Even though it *is* a liquor store first, it's a Deli at the core. Some of the best sandwiches in San Diego.

Highly recommend splurging on a couple of the cream cheese stuffed jalapenos while you wait for your sandwich.

Piece of advice: call in your order after the first visit. You'll find that everyone else does, and waiting for those orders to finish can be painful.
