This salon is by far one of the best in all of L.A. I wasn't surprised to hear that the owner Marian actually teaches other hair stylists. She's the best. She never rushes and definitely takes her time.
Even weeks after my cut, it still looks fantastic.

I cannot discourage you enough from going to this salon. I went to this salon and asked for a very basic cut and for highlights. I gave the stylist a picture of what I wanted for the cut and gave very clear instructions on what I liked and did not like. I may as well have not given her a picture at all because she cut my hair exactly how I said I DIDN'T want it! I left the salon crying and called them later to discuss my hair woes (because who wants to pay $200 for a mullet?) I asked for a refund for the cut and they refused!

As far as I am concerned it is evident that this place does not care about it's customers and is ultimately only out for the money. So, they are going to take my money and run, knowing full well that they ruined my hair and I will have to walk around with a mullet for the next couple of months until it grows out. Anyway, I would recommend Supercuts before ever recommending this salon to anyone.

PROS: it is located in a nice area
CONS: bad customer service, doesn't listen to customers wants, only interested in taking your money

Salon is cute and customer service is excellent, but I am not impressed with the hairstylists that are available. Everyone was very nice, but unfortunately that doesn't help my hair to look good. The prices are comperable to other mediocre salons. They carry two product lines, Rene Furtrer and Wella.

PROS: easy to get an appointment
CONS: unhappy with hair results

Great customer service, friendly, and willing to work with what the customer wants... not what the beautician wants! Also provide make-up specialist and waxing.

This is a great salon! A friend of mine recommended to me to come here for color, and I have never left. Not only do they do an amazing job on my highlights but my stylist Marion does a really great cut. I am the type of person who wants to go into a salon and give a little bit of direction to the stylist (keep the length, no bangs, etc.), but I ultimately want the stylist to cut my hair in a shape that is flattering for my face and body type. Marion does all of this and more for me. All I have to do is go in and tell her approximately how much I want cut off and then I tell her to do with my hair what she thinks will be flattering, and I have never been disappointed. This salon also has a makeup artist, a manicurist, and a masseuse. The prices are also very reasonable.

PROS: Great cut and color
CONS: none
