The dispatcher was incredibly rude when asked if they accepted credit cards she acted as if we were inconveniencing her. Never in my life have I had a company, especially in the tourist hot spot of Napa, act so terribly and abrasive

Called this company for the very first time and the operator interrupted me right before I could finish requesting a cab saying he had NO CABS AVAILABLE for some reason or the other and that was it. Needless to say I HUNG UP, was

I left my digital camera in the car after a night out at a restaurant when I was dropped off at my hotel I realized I no longer had my camera. I called the car service immediately and asked for the driver to check the back seat. I know that the camera was left by accident so when the driver told me it was not there, I was shocked. Not only did the driver steal my camera, he seemed like he was on something, he was talking weird and made everyone feel uncomfortable in the car. I called the car service the next day to give my information in case the camera showed up and the dispatcher was extremely rude and unhelpful. I am so upset over this experiece in Napa, I was there to make memories and have a great vacation, now some stranger has my pictures. I wish them nothing but bad luck!

I was having my car service on 6th and Soscol and needed to be taken to my job on Kelly Rd near the airport and was told that it would be a "Flat Rate" because Napa airport is considered out of town (7 minutes away).

I was charged $35.00 (one way). When I called to inquiry why I was charged so much for a short distance, the dispatch person (who was very "cold" and unprofessional) could not give me a good answer. When I informed her that I could go to the Oakland Airport for the same amount, she quickly told me "Yeah, but you would be on a bus with a bunch of people," I quickly reminded her that I was in a Cab, not a Limo.

Needless to say, I am a travel consultant and I would never refer any of my clients to them and if I needed to take a cab and they were the only cab company available, I would take the bus...it would be a lot cheaper!
