I love going to Delta Drugs because it's a small little store in the big city that guarantees wonderful customer service! I love going here rather than big chains!

Delta Drugs is a nice little drug store. They don?t offer the everyday low prices like some of the big chain stores, and they don?t stay open 24 hours a day like some of the national chains, but they do have a pharmacy that is well staffed, where you will be greeted with a smile, personalized service, and they know your name. It gives you the ?small town pharmacy? feeling in a big city. They have a good selection of over the counter products everything from Tylenol to cough syrup, and just about everything in between. They don?t stock the ?latest? varieties of over the counter medications, so if you are looking for a specific new product, you might want to hit a chain store instead. In addition, they have other typical drug store items, like cosmetics, and personal care products, but again, they don?t sell the latest and newest varieties, or a large color selection, so if you wear a hard to find color of a certain cosmetic product, or you use a specific shampoo, don?t just assume that they will have it. Parking is easy to find and easily accessible at this drug store. The store generally isn?t very crowded, so it?s easy to get in and out with one or two items in a small amount of time. If you need to make an ?emergency drug store run? or need a prescription filled and are in the Delta Drugs area, then it?s a great place to go. If you are just looking for a good deal, and don?t find the un-personalized service from the chain stores, than Delta Drugs doesn?t really have anything ?so unique? that you won?t find it anywhere else with the exception of that ?small town pharmacy? feeling. The prices are higher than the discount stores, but lower than some of the smaller drug stores. You will find the ?basics? in this drug store; don?t expect them to carry every brand on the market, and every product made by that brand, because they just do not have the shelf space.

PROS: Small town pharmacy feel with customized service and friendly staff
CONS: Prices are more than the chain drugstores, selection is minimum

This little store has the friendliest staff around. They have a nice selection of cards and stationary as well as a pharmacy that will fill any prescription. They sell a great deal of other items such as beauty supplies and cosmetics, but the prices aren't very competitive. The store isn't open very late, so if you need a prescription filled at any odd hours, your best bet is a Walgreens or some sort of 24-hour place.
