HIS STAFF IS RUDE - JESSICA AND LENORE. YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT HOURS. I HAD MY BABY 5 MONTHS AGO HE WONT SEE ME FOR POSPARTUM VISIT RELEASED ME TO GO BACK TO WORK WITHOUT SEEING ME. BROKE MY STERNUM DURING DELIVERY.

I had recently moved out to California when I found out that I was pregnant. Dr.Rivera came highly recommended to me by the Nurse Mid-wife unit so I decided to give him a try. Not only was he completely disarming, caring and concerned but he really took the time to get to know me as a person. His staff is excellent and as he has now delivered three of my children and about to deliver number four I have grown quite close to his wife Sylvia, Nurse Kim, Patricia and his medical staff from Lenore through his receptionist Jessica. Any time time that have had any questions or concerns they have always been there to answer and guide me through. I highly recommend Dr. Rivera and his staff to anyone who is looking for a top notch doctor with an experienced and knowledgeable staff with family values.

PROS: Dr.Rivera and his staff stand out as a Star in the desert sky. He's #1!

He was rude the first time I met him, then every time after that. In delivery, he let me labor for 48 hours and wouldn't let me have an epidural. He offered to give me a c-section before he offered to break my water (which I had requested since my other 2 had to have the water broken before I would dialate farther). I will never go back to him and recommend if you can, go to another doctor.
