I recently went to miller to trade in my scion for an infiniti g25 2012, and i must say i cannot be anymore pleased with the car! the guy, bob, who showed me around the cars was really nice, not pushy by any means, and overall i felt like i wasnt being kept hostage the few times i went to look at the car/test drive it. other dealerships the salesmen always keep you as long as possible, which i hate. however their sales team did make a few mistakes when selling me the car, but nothing major, since they did make up for it by reducing the monthly payments for me.

I needed to purchase an extended warranty before mine expired. I understand it's chump change compared to purchasing a vehicle, but it's easy money and the possibility of getting a new client. One in which I could have provided them with years of repeat business. Plus in this day and age you never know who knows who or who is related to whom.

I stopped in on a Saturday and talked to their finance manger, Tony Tate, who promised to get me the information that day. 2 weeks later and after 3 followup attempts with him, a phone call to his Manger, Derick Lubin (sp?) and another followup call from my boyfriend I finally received a phone call from Sam. I returned the call within hours, and also did a followup call the next day. Finally 3 weeks after my initial attempt and 7 followup phone calls to the dealership I got smart and went to another dealership in Bakersfield. I received my information and purchased the warranty over the phone in less than 30 minutes.

I did call and leave a message for the General Manager, Chris Paz, to let him know how I was treated by his team, to this day I have not been contacted.

To summarize it all, I basically begged for their business, and they didn't want it. Miller Infiniti has horrible customer service, once you've bought a car from them don't expect the same service for any of your smaller needs.

After a recommendation from a friend, I decided to come to Miller Infiniti to a new G37 Sedan. I've heard rave reviews of both so I figured I'd give them a shot. What happened was a total surprised? I drove away with the car I wanted with upgrades AND for a price lower than what I was anticipating. I'm surprised I didn't try them earlier for my other Infiniti's. Let's just say that a recommendation and great customer service can go along way. My sales rep was really friendly and really tried to cater towards my preferences and budget. They also gave me the respect that other dealerships didn't give me. As an older consumer, I appreciated their patience. Often times sales men get bad reputations but at Miller Infiniti, they completely changed my perspective on customer service. I commend them for their honesty and hard work at keeping me happy. I hope my review helps others in search of a good Infiniti dealership.

Usually I have my boyfriend service my car since he?s a mechanic. However, since he was out of town for awhile, I had to resort to a car dealership to do the dirty work. Going in, I knew I had a few issues with my car but I was slightly hesitant as to how much I was going to get charged and if I was going to be tricked. To my surprise, Miller Infiniti was really honest. They told me exactly what needed to be done and apparently gave it to me at a reasonable rate. When my bf came home, I told him what was done and how much it cost and he was surprised. He checked out my car and verified that everything was done exceptionally well and that I wasn?t ripped off. He even commended them for being so upfront about everything. Props to Miller Infiniti! If I ever need to have anything else done, I?ll probably save my bf the trouble and go to Miller Infiniti now that I know I can trust them. Thank you Miller Infiniti!
