Here at Washington Mutual Bank (Marina District at Chestnut) the moment you come to the teller, they will know you automatically. I was surprised when I went with my husband and the teller called him by his name even if he didnt even showed his I.D.

I really like this branch. the tellers are very helpful and the bank (Washington Mutual) is a great bank to do business with. The products they offer are no cost or low cost. the Manger at this bank was really great when i needed to get some documents signed and notarized they did it in a timely manner and even stayed open so i could make my deadline! The more is use Washington mutual the more happy i am with them compared to other banks that charge you fees and other non fees (min. deposits etc.) Washington Mutual stands out.
