My experience with Sports City has been only with their youth soccer classes. While I felt they were a little expensive (but then what youth sport class isn't) they are great at them. I've participated in both the mommy & me format class and the solo classes both were a hit with my kids. They do a great job of introducing the skills and concepts of soccer (and sports in general) in a way that is fun for kids as young as 2 years old. My kids were learning to run and kick the ball with out looking down without even realizing that was the skill they were learning- which makes it so much easier to learn! The teachers were great and enthusiastic and they facility was even very understanding and accommodating when my son wasn't quite ready for the solo session I enrolled him in and refunded me for all the future classes. Only negative is that in winter the facility is a bit cold (like a huge warehouse) so make sure to dress as though you're playing outside even though this is all indoor soccer.

PROS: great programs, well staffed, kids love it
CONS: a bit pricey esp. for the younger ones, cold in the winter
