Eagle Inspection Group

We used the Eagle Inspection Group as buyers and sellers of homes. They are very thorough which is great if you are the buyer. They will find improvements that can be made even when the home is in great condition, which isn't so great if you are a seller. The only drawback is that the inspection may take several hours.

They inspected a large older home (80 years old) for us and nearly missed some important features, such as a cesspool in the garage. I recommend walking through the inspection with them and asking questions.

They prepare a detailed report with lots of color picures. You can get an electronic and hardcopy.
