The best auto body in the valley. They specialize in high end,quality work. You will pay top dollar but the end result will be worth it. Always a good experience when dealing with Valley Motor Center Autobody.
These guys deserve 5 stars for honesty if nothing else... I took my car to them after a side-on collision and asked them to look at it... I was particularly anxious about the price because I did not have collision coverage on my insurance... they finally told me they will fix the front quarter panel of my car but for the side, they advised me to take it to a paintless dent removal place where they said I could get it done for a fraction of the price!
Not only did they do a terrific job on the front quarter panel (awesome color blending)... they were honest about where I could save money! They could have fleeced me well over $4-500 by asking me to replace the side panel as well! That's true ethics!
The people at this business were very helpful and polite even though I broke my appointment with them several times. The man who examined my car was friendly, quick and complete in his work. Within half an hour I was being handed my papers and walking out the door. The location is also cool because they offer free juices and sodas as well as an internet connection incase you need to sign online. This was a very professional business that I highly recommend.

I went to Valley Motor Center because I needed my bumper replaced. The customer service and repairs were both spectacular.
First of all, I did not rent a car while mine was being repaired, so they offered to drive me to work and pick me up from my house.
Second, they gave me a timeline of when my car would be ready. They said it would be ready 5 days from when I took it in, and it was actually ready the day after I took it in! They also took care of all of the paperwork with my insurance company, which took a load off my shoulders.
Third, the repairs looked great. They had to paint the bumper and they did a fabulous job. Sometimes the paint looks textured like an orange peel. However, their paint job was flawless, and you cannot even tell the difference between the new paint and the original paint.
Fourth, they are a local business, which is always a huge plus.
I plan to recommend Valley Motor Center to all of my friends and family!
I have only had to get my car repaired twice and I've had it for some time. The most recent experience, with another shop in Van Nuys, was dreadful. Valley Motor Center, on the other hand, was quite good.
Since I wasn't at fault for the accident, the insurance companies involved took care of paying for the damages. Valley Motor replaced and repaired what needed to be. They gave me copies of every document I signed and my car was like new when it was time to pick it up. The repairs were also done within the specified timeframe-- in fact, the work was done a day early.
Compared to the other place I went to in Van Nuys, the customer service at Valley Motor Center is excellent. I'm female and don't know too much about cars, so I appreciated that they took the time to explain to me the work they were doing. It seems like they care and want the customer to be happy.
They call you to update you on your car. They're very polite and professional. Their office is clean and they're quick to offer you coffee. I would do business with them again (though I hope I won't need to!).

- In the Damage Report process area the vehicle is inspected,and relevant data is entered into a damage report that determines initial cost of repairs. Additionally,there is often hidden damage that can not be seen until after the vehicle is disassembled.
* Insurance Approval
- After the damage report is completed,the insurance company reviews it. The insurance company determines if the vehicle is repairable. Then the vehicle begins the actual repair process.
* Disassembly
- In Disassembly,hidden damage is often found,and inner structure repairs are determined.
* Order Parts
- The required parts for your vehicle are ordered,and availability is checked. When a part must be special ordered,that will be done as soon as possible.
* Structure Repair
- A computer based measurement system is used to analyze the structural repair of your vehicle. This assures an accurate repair.
* Body Repair
- The Metal Repair Department replaces exterior panels,and all metal finishing that is required. The vehicle begins to come back to life as sheet metal is installed and aligned to exact specifications. From here the vehicle will go to the refinishing preparations department.
