The minute you walk in, they offer you tea, it's quiet, the staff isn't talking about their date the night before, it's all about you and your peaceful state-of-mind. The massage is just the icing on the cake! I've had plenty of massages, but will always go back to Zen because I want to feel relaxed and feel like I got my monies worth.
