In this day and age it's nice to find a business like Jivano's Cutlery Service. Located in the stretch along 18th st near Dolores Park, on the edge of the Mission. Jivano actually specializes in one thing and does it well, at a reasonable price. The manhas certainly saved some knives in his day. I suspect he will keep on saving them too... as long as the lease holds out... The musically curious also could ask about the myserious self titled CD "Jivano's Cutlery Service".
