Old Navy

Shopping at Old Navy in Manhattan Beach is always a mess. The parking is difficult and inside it always looks like a tornado just went through. Items are on the floor and sizes are mix-matched with the hanger size. Kids unnattended, screaming through the aisles, long lines and a messy environment makes me fell as if I am at the swapmeet.

PROS: Inexpensive, current clothing
CONS: Always messy; hard to park; long lines

This is by far the biggest Old Navy I have been to. Unlike the others, it is kept in a perpetual high upkeep. You won't find the messes and piles of clothes on the floor like other discount designer clothing stores. Parking is easily accessible and huge. The help is friendly and courteous. I recently received a holiday gift which I needed to exchange. A staff member actually gave me personalized assistance in finding a new item, and the cashier couldn't have made the transaction more simple. I detract one star because I think that theirselection of children's clothing could be a bit better.
