OMG... One of the BEST Facials I've ever had! MINDY is Amazing & True to her craft! Her personality is laid back & grounded so you have a completely RELAXED Experience! The [FP] products I purchased for the face regime she has Me on are Incredible... She gets a Good word to Everyone I know!Unfortunately I had a waxing service performed by Sarah, and although 'Sweet' she is NOT someone I would recommend or visit again!

If you want a clean glowing face, then face place is the place to go. Ask for Ana she is the best. It's not a place for a foo foo massage it's all about getting a clean face!!!!

Skin is in, at this place, at least. All of the treatments offered here are based on modern, medically proven programs rather than cosmetic procedures. In lieu of masks, massages, or creams, clients follow clinical programs designed for long-range results. An 80-minute facial uses the shop's exclusive product line, which is also avilable for purchasing. Waxing, manicures and pedicures are available as well. Getting a first appointment was difficult, so try to book as far in advance as possible.

The Face Place specializes in one kind of facial - that's it. They don't have any other extras, no fancy waiting rooms or misc spa treatments, just an awesome facial with their own homemade Vitamin C liquid, extractions, and steam. If you want to glow, this is the place to go.

This place became famous in the late 90s when Gwyneth Paltrow, Meg Ryan etc. were going there for facials. I've only been once and overall I'd say it wa sa fabulous experience. The atmosphere is great, the products are reasonably prices, and the staff is very friendly. I was happy overall with everything except that of the 3 products I bought, 1 really didn't work out at all for me and they have a lousy return policy (bascially, they don't take returns) and I was stuck with it. So maybe ask for samples before you buy. The facial, though, was top-notch.

CONS: Lousy Return Policy
