Mim's Bakery

Mim's has been a Chico business for nearly 20 years. It is the first mentioned as best bakery when asked by anyone who lives in the area. Mim's has signature items and they specialize in cakes, truffles, mini-desserts and cookies. The cakes are done in a European style being richer and truer in flavor. How is that done? They make everything from scratch and use only straight raw materials with no preservatives or fillers or additives. All those things diminish the taste experience. This is the reason why the Mim's bakery is highly recommended. They are really unique in what they offer.

The bakery does specialty orders for all occasions. They also do many wedding cakes, about 200 a year. That testifies to being very popular. Mim's has a website
