DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Sure, they seemed nice when they were taking my money, but then they never shipped my wine! The one time I was able to get anyone on the phone (weeks later), they lied and said my packages would go out the next day. Close to 2 months later, the owner of the Premier Wine Shipping location in Healdsburg drove up to St. Helena, dug my boxes out of the pile, and sent them to me.Thanks to the folks in Healdsburg, I finally got my wine. Meanwhile, I'm told that the St. Helena location continues to take in new packages (and money!!) from unsuspecting customers. Beware!

Helped get my last minute package off JUST in time for UPS pickup! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you need to ship wine, copy, or any other special shipping request.

The folks who run this shop are some of the friendliest, most helpfull people I've ever met. I didn't have a very difficult transaction to make, but they were so cheerfull and kind, they really made a chore into a pleasant experience. Not only do they do shipping, but they have a copy service too.
