Very slow service
by Mark J.
If you have an appointment for an eye exam, expect it to start 30 minutes after scheduled. Just don't go in there with the mindset that it will be a fast appointment otherwise you'll be very frustrated. The people aren't mean, just severely understaffed I guess.

Unsatisfactory Service
by Anonymous
Very rude optometry department. I asked for information on the contact lenses THEY suggested I ask my doctor for approval and then they tell me they don't know what I'm talking about, and they can't help me. Because I didn't do my eye exam there, the guy was extremely rude about helping me. I was planning to order my lenses from them, but with that kind of service, I do not plan to anymore.

1) I called Lenscrafters and got a call center, but you wont be told
its a call center so if you need directions, forget about it.
You are actually scheduled for an appointment for a business called Eye Exam. I was told would be 120$ for everything,I asked the guy
Everything? Are you sure? I could leave without paying more? He said everything and even a pair of trial glasses.
He told me to get there early so I was there early, I still waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. No one is in charge then, I had 5 or 6 people ask me if they could help me. But they sort of walk around looking busy. When I said yes loudly to one guy, he acted like he didnt hear me and he still walked away.
The optician himself was a seasoned professional. No problem with him. He was thorough enough.
Bottom Line: I still dropped around 500 bucks for exam, evaluation, 3 months of contact lens, for glasses and lens. The lens were 210.00
alone and then they still werent going to be really ready for another hour. I pick them up today.
I would have spent 3 hours there had I stayed.
Next time I will go to my old optician, get my Rx's and order on line.
I could go into more details and more examples but why bother?
I was desperate because my glasses were broken and not able to be repaired.
Dont go there, it may be another example how the poor wind up paying more.

Nice place to pick up a pair of prescription glasses. Pretty decent selection of frames, and they even carry designer labels, so you can look chic in front of your friends. Great customer service, and they even offer prescription sunglasses these days. That way you can be protected from the sun and still see.
