dr yao is my family doctor, he was assigned to me by the insurance network. he is a great doctor, although the line and the time wait for a visit is quite long. he is extremely good talker and always have the patience to listen. he is extremely nice to his patience, sometimes he also give out discount for patience who is paying cash and on top of that he gives out sample medicines to patients who can't afford expensive ones.
