Last night my friends and I decided to order a pizza from our nearby Dominoes restaurant. we had never had any problems ordering from there before, but last night I was quite shocked at the behavior one unnamed employee displayed over the phone to my friend.
she said our address a few times accidentally mixing up the apartment number and the building number. this somehow caused the guy over the phone to fly into a RAGE [ we could all hear him yelling loud and clear at her through the phone ] telling her to call back when she got the address right. she asked for his name, he refused to give it to her, he refused to get the manager [ who, when i called today, was told is on vacation for the next week or so. perfect timing. ]
my friend stayed completely calm and asked him why he was being so rude. he did not stop shouting.
this pretty much ruined all of our appetites for the night and I will never give them my business again. I just wish that manager was there today so i could rat that dude out.
as far as I'm concerned, there IS no customer service at this branch of Dominoes Pizza.
