If you're in the academies at Santa Rosa Public Safety Training Center or temporarily living here for a few months, this place will suffice. (see end of paragraph) Now I digress. This apartment is a 1 bedroom studio apartment with a bathroom and a kitchen. It is a terrible place to live and the price is unreasonably expensive. $750/month. The carpet was old and there was mold all over the walls near the windows when we left. This is due to the moisture coming through the windows and going down the walls. In addition to this the plumbing in the building is poor. Bathwater from the second floor seeped down through the bathroom ceiling and needed repaired. (fixed promptly by management) Mold grew on ceiling after repairs. (would have been fixed promptly if reported to management. No air ventilation in the bathroom supposedly caused water to leak from the base of the toilet. Everybody is charged for carpet cleaning after leaving. Doubtful whether carpet needed cleaning as it might have been ripped up at managers discretion. We were also charged for cleaning the room, when told we would not be if cleaned by the leaving party. We cleaned it thoroughly and were charged $95 for ''light cleaning''. Management is good, except for the extra charges I just mentioned. The converted hotel, not so much. It should be condemned. The mailboxes are shotty and might need attended to. Security is rated as A+. Cop cars are seen from time to time and there are no sketchy people around. The people living there are 75% Hispanic and the rest are weird as hell white people.
