5 Stars: The best seafood around (by Alisa H.)

This place had the best sea food I have ever eaten. I was visiting all the way from Fl when I stopped by the Fish Markey. It came highly recommended by the locals. They have the freshed food, best drinks and world class service. I highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood you make the stop.

5 Stars: Fish Market Restaurant (by Cora M.)

This is my Favorite seafood restaurant when I visit San Diego. It is usually crowded if after 6:pm but well worth the wait. If you go just at 5:ish you don't have to wait as long. Everything is delicious from the bread to the desert. I even try to save room for desert because they serve a wonderful Apple Strudel with Vanilla Ice Cream to die for. The waiters/waitresses are always friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for seafood lovers

4 Stars: Fresh Seafood, lively atmosphere (by Eric S.)

There is a reason the downstairs of this two tiered restaurant is always packed. Whether it is the sunset, the lively bar serving buckets of oysters, mussels, and clams, smoked fish, the fresh seafood counter for taking home for your own cooking pleasure, or the well thought out straight shooting seafood menu. The au gratin potatoes are worth the trip alone but the seafood pleases the palate and they have many different types to choose from.

4 Stars: Always great! (by Christopher M.)

I love this place! And so does San Diego. With its excellent fresh fish, sweeping views of the bay, outstanding staff, elegant dining areas, reasonable prices, and ample parking, everyone who comes here loves it!
Now, I always go to the Market--which is the upstairs floor of the restaurant. It is a bit more elegant and dressier. But worth it!
I always take my friends from out of town here. It never fails to be a hit.
The Fish Market is consistently excellent. And the staff is the most professional in the county.
Plan on spending about $35-$50 per person upstairs. It is worth every penny. Enjoy!
