Nice people, nice equipment, but they overcharge, sneak in services while you are in the chair, and make mistakes. Only go here if all you need is a cleaning.

So this was the first time I have ever got my teeth professionally cleaned in years. Their hygienist, Susan, was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all factors of dental hygiene and she was gentle and friendly. The office is very clean. The office has moved to the the 3rd floor of the Palos Verdes mall, right next door to Regal Cinemas. The dentist herself, Dr. Nida (sp?), does seem to recommend high cost treatments however. But for general things, I do recommend this place.

My family moved to Palos Verdes several months ago but I never got around to finding a local dentist. I finally checked insurance and got directed to Dr. nadis (sp?) office. I have never had such friendsly treatment at a dental office! The place is modern-looking, and the technology is new, but the main plus of this office is the atmospjhere. These people like what they do and it shows. Dr. Nadi never rushed with me or my kids and that meant a lot tome. Insurance was explained as was the treatment I needed, and they worked out a payment plan for me. The office is in the Palos Verdes Mall (not too easy to find) but once youre there, its worth it. Dr. nadi and her staff are terrific!

I think Dr. Nadi is wonderful. She is very thorough in explaining all the treatment needed. Your front office staff is always very polite. When I came with my son, Dr.Han and her assistant Manny was great. Keep up the good work! Harold E

Your office is Beautiful. Everyone is very warm and kind. The only thing I was thinking (and it may be stupid) but maybe you could put everyone;s picture on a wall somewhere with their name under it. Just an idea - take it or leave it. Have good Day!

I was bombarded with an infomercial for the most expensive methods before my initial exam began, and then WOW guess what I needed? The most expensive crowns you can find. When I asked about porcelain, they said I'd have a visible metal ring - THIS WAS FOR MY BACK MOLARS!!! Who the heck would see a metal ring at the bottom of my back molars? They quoted me a price of over $4000 for stuff that are no cost procedures under my insurance. I never went back - they are con artists and thieves.

This is my first review ever but I'm compelled to write it because I want to make sure others don't run into the same issues as me. I've been going to this dentist for a couple of years but things have become intolerable recently. You will never be given a straight answer on how much a treatment will cost and what the office will actually bill your insurance company. The office will also try to bill you for treatment that should be covered under insurance. If you pay something, your balance automagically disappears (because you didn't owe anything in the first place). If I didn't have to constantly haggle for treatment or turn down unnecessary work, the place could be a decent dentist.

The dentist is very young and probably inexperienced. She gave me a shot of lidocaine which was unusually painful and when I complained she tried it a 2nd time. What I wound up with was a severe infection of my left cheek which swelled up like a balloon and I had to go to the ER to get treatment and miss work. Even though she called several times to check on me, her recommendation went against 2 other dentists. her comment about the painful shots was "I've never seen that". What I was diagnosed with was "cellulitis". In addition, they give you a written quote and don't make themselves available to even discuss other options or answer questions. Getting a call back is also impossible.

These guys will scam you. I never could get a written statement of cost. The quote they gave me was wrong I told the girl and she said she would call my insurance. She came back and said that I was right. When I asked for a new statment of costs she said her computor would not let her,wrong software. I was already in the chair because my tooth was broken and in pain. When I got my bill I was charged a price which was more than if I went out of network. They lied to my insurance and said I was told that I was being upgraded. Calls to the office got me replys that it is not fair for them to take what the insurance pays,we will call you back and fine out what happened. Never got a call back. Do not use this office find a place that will treat you fairly and not try to get the most money out of you that they can.

Every time I go in there, they recommend something that is at least a thousand dollars and refuse to consider anything less. I don't know whether the dentist is trustworthy or not, but she seems to think that the most expensive option is always the best.
