Jessie's has been on this corner for a long time, and that's obvious when you see the crowds on the weekends. It's especially good for kids to get their hair cut.
As for adults - it's hit or miss. Sometimes I get a really good cut, and sometimes I don't. It's best if you speak Spanish at least a little, as not all of the stylists speak English fluently. But at $6 for a men's cut, not much to complain about.
