I have been here once to redeem a certificate I was given. The store looked really nice. They have nice selection of clothes at good prices. I was very impressed with the womans accessories, I was able to find some great deals. The customer service is okay and I will return for some more shopping.

The store is often messy and disorganized, despite a decent selection of merchandise. Worst of all is the checkout and customer service. I waited 20 minutes behind only 3 people to return an item. This was on a weekday during the day! At the time I was returning the items there was only one register open, and the line to check out was backed up into the apparel section. Perhaps they need more employees. And, the customer service staff needs more training.

This is definitely one of the better TJ Maxx locations in Southern California. The store is quite large physically and the selection is really great. You will find a lot of name-brand items for both adults and teenagers. Compared to other similar stores, the store was fairly organized. Some of the clothes are surprisingly professional- I just bought two great pairs of slacks for work. Some of the items were a wee bit pricey for this type of store, but others were very reasonable. The wait in linewas, as always, a bit annoying, but I was treated well by the associate. The dressing rooms were in good condition and the attendant was friendly.

TJ Maxx as a corporation is a great store to find what you are looking for and for a good price. This particular one I enjoy going to when in town. They have a great selection of purses, which is my favorite to sort through. Also great place to buy suits and other working professional outfits.

This store is getting better every time I go. It was recently remodeled and it gives it a more approachable and attractive style. Though this doesn't carry big name brands, it does have some quality items that you migh otherwise buy at more expensivestores. The home section is especially good and it tends to outshine the clothing and accessories departments. Worth a shot, but allow for patience.
