Unfortunately I'll have to disagree that Nannell's is a family owned "friendly" florist. I've been using them for over 2 years for personal and company deliveries for my boss. Just recently when placing an order I was guaranteed that my delivery would be the last of the day (or at least after 5pm). When I called back to confirm my order and the arrangement, the owner said she had no idea who would have said such a thing and pretty much called me a liar to my face, saying that no one that works for her would ever guarantee such a thing. I reminded her we'd been using their florist for over 2 years and that I didn't appreciate that. If they couldn't do it anymore, then that's all she needed to say. She didn't need to call me a liar.Suffice to say, I ended up cancelling my order and using El Norte florist who was happy to not only guarantee a late delivery but also provide a courtesy call when the driver was on his was so that I would know what time they were dropped off. Unfortunately I wont be using Nannell's again simply due to the rudeness I experienced. It only takes one time to ruin your reputation in a customer's eyes.

The employees & owner (Carrie) of Nannell's flower shop are some of the kindest & friendly people around. Whether purchasing for someone or receiving flowers, their service is top notch. There always seems to be a little extra personal touch in their arrangements. Not just production line bouquets. Even on short notice, they always come through. We are customers for life.

When I booked the appointment, Carrie was very friendly and seemed very nice. My fiance and I were coming in from out of town to meet with Carrie about our wedding. The appointment was for 11:00am and at 9:30am, I got a very rude and sarcastic call from Carrie asking why I was late for our appointment. (She had us down at 9:00 which was impossible since we were coming in from so far)She made it very clear that she was upset because she had come in early to meet with us and hung up on me. I called her back immediately letting her know that we would not be needing her services. She laughed in my face when I explained that I didn't appreciate her attitude and, again, hung up on me. It's a good thing I found out about her horrible attitude now. Since she is the owner, there is nobody she has to answer to about customer service. I would, absolutely, not recommend dealing with her or her shop.

The people that work here are really nice and know a lot. They could answer a ton of the questions that i had about flowers. They have great prices and i would surely go back.

The ladies here are wonderful, and extremely knowledgable. I went in asking for opinions for my wedding, and left with so much input! It was wonderful! And they have a beautiful selection to choose from! A + store!
