Ratings_icons Give me Comic Citizenship!!

This place rocks! specially the bald one with out the beard, i think his name was Tad or Tom or Rod or something. The posters and art on the walls give you something new to experience and uncover each time your in the store. The inventory is good and the selection of statues and toys make me wanna knock over a bank to get the money I woul dneed to buy them all. Only downside. Parking sucks. But hey it's East Los. what do you expect? Go visit Comic City, enjoy the ambience of one of the last Comic book stores in east la and buy some cool stuff.

This is a nice local comic store that has a good selection of mainstream comic and also many independent titles. They also have a good selection of toys and have card tournements on the weekend.

I happened to stumble across this place as i was waiting for my lunch next door. This place is hidden and doesn't get much traffic--although i think it should. The worker(s) are friendly and helpful. They not only seem passionate about comics and the like, but they seem very eager to spread their enthauasm to everyone that enters their store. Their inventory is extensive, but even if they don't have something you are looking for, they are more than willing to help you locate it. Fun place to kill some time if you are into the comics.
