.

Let me say it again.. a horrible place to live!! My boyfriend and I moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in the Concord West part of the appartments in February of 2005. We should have been tipped off right away by the way things started with the Manager Sue. When we first went in to talk to them about vacancies, we were told that they were having a special and we would recieve $400.00 off of the first months rent. After papers had been signed and we had given money for the credit check and to hold the unit, we were told by Sue, that the $400.00 off was only on approved credit and we would not be recieving it. I called back later after looking at my paper work, because nowhere did it say that the $400.00 was on approved credit.. it only said that the security deposit amount was dependant on your credit. I spoke with Sue's assistant that time and was told that their boss had told them they could give us $200.00 off. Sue tried to tell us we would get nothing.
We have had major leake in the ceilings that have gone unfixed.. all except for 1, which started the very first day we were there, and took a week to get fixed. We reported electrical outlets that are loose and some dont work at all. A very bad ant problem. And just this week, not long after our last last arguement with management, my car got broken into (while parked in our unit's covered spot), and my cd player stolen. Two days before that my boyfriends car had it's break lines cut while parked in front of the building!! There is no security that anyone has seen, and the management is very rude. I can't wait to get away from here.

PROS: None that I can think of...
CONS: Vandalism, Paying $1065/mo for a building that is falling appart
