Very frustrating to communicate with this business. Either the phone just rings, with no voice mail informing the caller that the business is closed and giving their operating hours, or when the business is open, there is simply a voice mailbox.
I need to pick up a course reader today and I have no idea whether it is available, and when I can stop by to pick it up.

This business is growing and expanding. They've just moved around the corner to a bigger retail space (2138 University). Right now, the decor is a little 'rough' with raw plywood partitions and boxes laying about the shop. But what keeps me coming back to ICLP for my large print jobs are the low prices and the smiling service I get from the staff.
