i went to valley tires and wheels and bought 26 inch rims very cheap i recmmond this shop to everyone they have good service and they speack the truth i will always go there for all my cars

Valley Tires $ Wheels

I am very upset on the way they accuse their customers of trying to cheat them. When I bought 3 used tires and one of them was bad. Why couldn't they replace it!! It was only 1 day before that I bought it. Instead they said it was my fault.!! and wouldn't refund or replace it... These used tires were $30.00 each. I even gave them their bad tire back and I probably shouldn't have because they most likely RESOLD IT.... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....

I bought 3 tires from them and the next day one of them was flat and they wouldn't give me a refund. There was a tear on the side of it and patches all over it and they said I probably ran over a nail and hit a curb.

They were rude and mad acting as though I was trying to rip them off.

so please think twice before you pull into this place. If something goes wrong with your purchase you wont be refunded!! You will be accused of trying to rip them off.!!

What a joke that first review is!!! Can you make it anymore obvious that they are reviewing their own company. I'm surprised they don't also tell us how beautiful the building is, when seen from Google Earth or how great the adhesive that holds the floors down is - GIVE ME A BREAK! I called these people on 3 occasions in response to a Craigslist ad they are running (Saturday twice and then again the following Monday morning). I got 3 different price quotes. When I mentioned the other price quote they always had another excuse on why the price went up. Good thing I did not drive out there, just to get an even higher price. I suggest you save your time AND money - Stay way from Valley Tires & Wheels they are a rip-off!

THIS SHOP IS BY FAR THE BIGGEST, NICEST AND DEFINETLY THE MOST CLEANEST IN SACRAMENTO. THEY HAVE A VERY HUGE INVENTORY OF NEW AND USED TIRES AND CUSTOM WHEELS AT THE CHEAPEST PRICES. THIS SHOP HAS A NICE CLEAN WAITING ROOM WITH COUCHES AND PLASMA TV'S FOR CUSTOMERS AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. UNLIKE OTHER TIRE SHOPS, THEY DONT MAKE U WAIT IN THE HEAT OR COLD, THEY HAVE THE A/C OR HEATER GOING AND NOT TO MENTION THERE BATHROOMS ARE HUGE AND VERY PLEASANT TO GO IN AND ARE SUPER CLEAN. I DONT EVEN MIND SENDING MY WIFE TO THIS SHOP BECAUSE IT IS VERY CLEAN AND SHE WONT EVEN GET SCARED TO GO TO THIS SHOP. THEY HAVE A NICE SHOW ROOM DISPLAYING THERE WHEELS AND THERE SERVICE AREA IS NICE AND NEAT. ALL I HAVE TO DO IS PULL MY CAR IN ONE OF THE MANY PARKING SPOTS AND THE TECH'S HANDLE EVERYTHING FROM THERE. THEY PULL THE CAR IN AND WHEN ITS DONE THEY PULL THE CAR OUT AND EVEN OPEN THE DORR FOR YOU. I BUY ALL MY TIRES AND WHEELS HERE AND WHEN YOU SEE THE SIZE AND OUTLOOK OF THIS SHOP YOU WILL BE AMAZED. WITH THERE BEUTIFUL LUSH LANDSACPING AND THERE BRICK BUILDING THIS SHOP IS PUSHING THE STANDARD OF YOUR ORDINARY TIRE SHOP. I HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU GO HERE FOR YOUR TIRES, WHEELS, BRAKES, AND SHOCKS!

PROS: CLEAN WAITING AND BIG WAITING ROOM, BIG INVENTORY,NICE AND QUICK SERVICE
CONS: NO CONS AT ALL!. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PLACE, HUGE INVENTORY, NO CONS AT ALL!
