i can't even begin to describe how awful the service is at this place. i wish i could take back my decision to take my cat here. they performed surgery on my cat and handed her back to me expecting me to just leave and have no questions. tests were run, stitches still needed to be taken out. if we didn't ask them questions, they would have handed our cat over to us and let us go home without any information. i was not told when i would know the test results. i was not told that i'd need to take my cat back to get stitches removed. in fact, i wasn't even told that we "were finished" with our conversation and was left waiting at the counter - wondering..."are we done?" my husband had to ask them if we were finished while their backs were turned. they're response: "uh huh." i feel sick to my stomach now wondering if there was anything else i should know that they SHOULD have told me. or at least given me a sheet of paper with post-op instructions. i can't stress enough how upset and disappointed i am.

I had my cat hospitalized at this place for two days and I could not wait to get him home! It stinks like dogs, no care or support from staff or doctor.

The vet who saw my cat was not only uncaring, but the prices were bad ...very bad ... the staff could care less about the pet or the owner .... very bad place

Even though this pet hospital has special rates for Saturdays, the rude doctor who is supposed to care about animals pumps up the prices wherever he can. How can they be so rude?

This hospital has reasonable prices (low-cost vaccinations on Saturdays), but the reception staff is kind of rude and not very willing to answer questions of worried and concerned pet owners. I wouldn't recommend this clinic.
