This place is heads above 24 hour. It's a truly family friendly place with fun stuff for kids. There's also a courteous gym culture where folks re-rack weights and wipe down equipment w/ provided sanitizer spray and towels. The staff is always cleaning and maintaining the equipment. The group fitness classes are numerous and fit almost any schedule and interest. The variety of equipment is also very good. It's a good place for heavy weightlifters, bodybuilders and fitness freaks. However, if you're a competitive power lifter or Olympic lifter, they don't have the bumpers, chalk, platform etc. so go elsewhere for that and come here for everything else.

This facility provides a spacious workout area with both an extensive selection of free weights and machine weights. It also has and outdoor pool, sand volleyball court, racketball, and a basketball court. This place is split into two stories. The upper level is for the ellipticals and treadmills. The place is set up perfectly for the hardcore weight trainer or the conventional busy resident. The membership prices are on point, but the enrollment fees are sometimes a drag. Avoid them by signing up during promotions, then it would be a great deal.

Cal - Fit is a great gym with weight machines, free weights, cardio, racquetball, basketball, swimming pools, tennis courts, child care and a climbing wall.
They are not the cheapest in town, but one of the best.

This place is nice realy chap and very nice great workout stuff 3 pools and a inside basketball court and a place for you're kids to stay at a day care this place is nice with a giant PERIOD no question about it :) end of story this place is great workout supplies they have a nice little deli there to and they have gymnastics as well nice place end of story :)
