Thank you for taking such good care of Lexy when she we had family pictures coming up! She was looking beautyfil and stole the whole show! The pictures looked great and she looked happy, like she is supposed to be. I will keep bringing her here.
Before you compain about the price of flea medications you might check on line and see the prices have risen a bit. Dr. Sanai has always recommended several ways to treat my cats leaving which option to take up to me. If any body has never yelled shut up to a pet, including myself, I would be surprised.
This Doctor is a joke... not only does he raise the prices three times this year but he always tries to have valid reasons as to why your pet would need medical attention more than usual.
I tried refilling my dogs revolution from this place and when I went to the clinic I found that he ridiculously raised the price for the third time this year. I then switched over to pet meds where I found it much more affordable to get my dogs prescriptions filled. He tried to con me into believeing that I would be saving much more with him and that he would top the price but he didn't. I am not a fool. He tries to throw in a free dose of revolution by saying that that is how he would top the price on pet meds but in actuality it does not.

We do not raise the prices that often especially on professional services.We have to increase the prices on some inventory items according to price increase by the manufacturer.I was waiting in the waiting room since the receptionist was not up front. It was a pretty mello day with a few boarders around barking, when suddenly I hear Dr. Saini yelling at a dog barking telling him to shut up, and I could hear one of the workers just talking as if this was normal. As soon as I heard that I knew this was not a Dr. that enjoys the work that he does. He has no compassion towards animals what so ever. Dogs that board may not be used to being caged up all day.
I will never bring my dog back to this place. Although I was a customer for quite some time there should be no reason for a dog to be yelled at and told to shut up.

We've been a customer here for quite a long time now. We had one dog as a patient, but he passed on, but we now bring our new dog here. The doctor is very informative and does thorough exams and tells us exactly what he is doing and what is going on. He is very helpful. The office is open late hours, making it convenient for me (and other late workers) to make appointments. Very good place of business!

I can happily say that Angell Memorial is different. As soon as I walked through the door everyone was friendly. The front desk staff is populated with animal lovers (something that seems obvious, but hadn't been my experience at other veterinarian offices), and everyone from maintenance staff to doctors is kind and wonderful.
