I went to Evans tires and got a new full set of tires. The staff was very helpful with choosing the right tires for the conditions that I usually drive and for the money that I had. The process was fast and easy, and I had new tires in no time. With every service (brakes, wheel alignment, wheel rotation) they do a full car inspection free of charge to see if any parts need to be changed or repaired for road safety. Awesome service.

Here's why: \r\n1. Got a sale price quote online at their website, and left my phone number; \r\n2. Brody from National City store called me and confirmed price and appointment to get tires installed; \r\n3. When I got to store, was told I needed to purchase lifetime plan for tires @ $80 more to get the sale price. The $80 additional dollars would make the overall price more than competing stores - some sale!\r\nWhen I mentioned that Brody the salesperson confirmed the sale price over the phone and that he didn't state any additional terms, I was basically told take it or leave it. Plus, the sales pitch is out of control on alignment, service plan (on tires!!!), etc. AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE! Don't even waste your time looking on their website. Should've just stuck with Costco, like in the past - at least they're upfront with their price and there's no BS, no wasting time, and no rude a-holes.

Pros: Pretend online price is best in town, my friend!

Cons: Real in-store price is higher than competitors, my friend!

Message from Evans Tire & Service Center

Evans Tire & Service Center is a privately owned business that prides itself on customer satisfaction and service. Evans Tire has been providing our customers with the highest standard of products and services since 1976. As Evans Tire's mission statement clearly vows, "We exist to provide the highest level of satisfaction for our customers, employees, and their families in a safe and professional environment," and that is exactly what we live by.

Our goal is to maintain those standards and give our customers the satisfaction that they are used to by providing them with all of the services that the major competitors do not provide, such as alignment, brakes, shocks, struts, and oil changes. By marketing Evans Tire and Service Centers as a one stop shop, not only has traffic increased, but customer confidence and positive feedback have grown exponentially. One way to gauge customer response is through the WOW program, a brain child of founder John Andonian and Marketing Director Jerome Hemmestad. The program is a team effort at all 18 stores, featuring a window wash and tire dressing before returning each vehicle, an upgraded waiting area with flat screen televisions and free Wifi access for customers, and a sticker providing a direct line of communication with John to express concerns and compliments on the service they were provided. Since the implementation of the WOW program seven years ago, customers' accessibility to share their experience is better than ever, boosting our Customer Service Index and customer morale while receiving service on their vehicles.

Our management team offers over 75 years of experience, and we strive to satisfy every customer that visits Evans Tire & Service Centers..
