    \nby jorge 06/25/2011\nAVOID best buy magnolia LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they do not know their products well enough to be ""mid to high end dealers"" .and they will deliver the wrong products and not care.\n\nthey sold me a 2010 3d TV and said glasses would be in stock in two weeks. ONE MONTH later they call and give the glasses. guess what WRONG GLASSES!!! they give me 2011 3D glasses . I also waited and I was told I would get a 3d blue ray player with the package a Samsung BDP 6900... yet all they gave me was 5900 and said take it that's all we have (the 6900 would have been nice it is wifi but I thought oh well).next i went to tell magnolia that the glasses didn't work..... my sales guy said and I quote ""TOO BADD' he said it was Samsung's fault for not communicating with best buy magnolia. \n\nso I called Samsung and they were great. they offered to upgrade me to the PN64D8000 from the 63C8000 I had to make me happy and be compatible with my glasses. Samsung said I'd have the TV shipped in 3-5 days to the store. two weeks later ALL OF A SUDDEN best buy has my correct glasses!! wow amazing I thought guess they didn't want to upgrade me like Samsung wanted to. I shrugged it off and decided that it was fine. I picked up the new glasses and let it go.\n\nthen i get a call from Samsung about the TV asking if i got it. I said that best buy all of a sudden found a pair of glasses...well next thing you know I get a call from best corp. with an authorization for the exchange. I was like fine, and my wife was ecstatic she liked the newer model better and figured they should make things right.\n\nwell fast forward another near month and finally get a call from magnolia that they are dropping off the TV. I took it off the wall packaged it and guess what they brought the wrong TV... they check their paperwork, and yup ...they go back to the store and come back with the news... IT""S NOT IN STOCK!!!!!!!! so I have to unpack my tv and set it up all over again. to add insult to injury they wanted to leave me some 2011 3d glasses...LOL 'i laugh instead of cry"".\n\nso as of now I don't know whats going on, but if magnolia tells you something take it with a grain of salt. a big one. the customer service at the store SUUUUCKKKSSSS!!! they really don't give a rats behind about you or issues your having. they will lie to you. sell your equipment to whoever is there. for all I know they could of given me my C8000 and it was on hold for someone else!! they ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT GET ANYTHING RIGHT.\n\nIF YOU WANT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR PURCHASING HIGHER END GEAR, WITH DECENT (magnolia is not even close to decent that's sad) CUSTOMER SERVICE BELIEVE ME GOOOO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! THEY WILL BE NICE SALES PEOPLE GREAT GIDDY SALES PEOPLE... BUT YOU WILL NOT BE DELIVERED THE CORRECT PRODUCT...... AND THEEEENNN THEY WILL NOT LIFT A FINGER TO CORRECT IT. THAT IS NONSENSE. SHOP AT MAGNOLIA AND REGRET IT.

    This Best Buy has the appearance of all other branches I've been to, with the exception that it is the best stocked, especially during off-season times. Once the holidays hit, however, it's impossible to get a good deal, and lines are absolutely atrocious due to the store's good location. Otherwise, recommended.

    I went into this store to buy an MP3 player. I was willing to pay up to $300 for something. I don't know a thing about MP3 players and apparently neither did the salesperson I spent 15 minutes looking for. I walked out of the store without buying anything because I was more confused as I walked out. I wish the salespeople were more knowlegable. I also thought that the music CDs were too expensive.

    I drop by this store to return an unneeded item. I waiting in line for 15 minutes, when it my turn, the young return Customer service just stand there and chit chat to another guy. Those two were free and holding up the line. I have to wait until the other associate to get my return. I think that is very unprofessional.

    I drop by Best Buy to buy a DVD player for my parent. At the check out the cash register keeping try to sale me the two year warrenty. I said no thank, but the man keep on egging me and telling me how it is a good deal. I always try to avoid best buy because sale person are pressure me into buying. I like store that lay back and being helpful.

    During x-mas, I drop by Best Buy to buy a Nintendo DS. It took me, like forever to find someone to get me one from the cage. After that the cash register won't stop trying to sell me the warranty after I said No thank. Took me an extra 5 minutes longer from the transaction because he keep repeating me to get it. But in the end, i didn't get it. Warranty are for sucker!

    When you go to Best Buy, make sure you have all the questions and concerns written down in your pocket or memorized. Because once you leave, you won't be able to contact them through the phone. One night I called 3 best buys trying to get information. The stores either never picked up or picked up the phone and immediately hung up. The store has a great stock and variety of all the electornics you need, so don't hesistate to buy from them. The return policy fits your needs and they have 110 guarantee on prices. Just don't call!

    I like coming to this store because it has all the electronics I need. They also have sales every week that are worth getting. But one time I bought a stereo and they promised me free installation and that I wouldn't need to buy an adapter kit. When I went to get it installed, the guy told me I absolutely needed the kit ($50). My only choice was to return the stereo. This is not the first time, they did it to my brother too. But besides the bad experiences in the car audio department, this is a good store.

    PROS: good bargains
    CONS: don't buy a car stereo, installation is NOT free

    I like coming to this store because it has all the electronics I need. They also have sales every week that are worth getting. But one time I bought a stereo and they promised me free installation and that I wouldn't need to buy an adapter kit.     i like best buy because i'm a big music fan and they have an awesome selection of cds. also, they usually have pretty good prices too. they basically have every electronic thing you're looking for.

    Best Buy is a very good store for a variety of home appliances, electronics, and entertainment products. I have been very pleased with the service in the large and small apllicance sections- the employees always approach me and maintain a helpful but not pushy attitude. They explain thier products and offer written information when available. They often have deals where you save 15% on your bill if you buy 3 or more appliances at the same time. The showroom is usually very well-organized, making iteasy to locate everything you need. Unfortunately, I almost never get approached in the video game and audio sections, perhaps because most of the patrons are teenagers and I am somewhat older. Nonetheless, the store offers good prices on quality products that keep me coming back.
