George's Barber & Hairstyling

Legendary Culver City barber (since the early 60s). My husband has been going to him for 14 years, and he's a class act all the way. Good, quick haircut, and incredibly well-priced.

If you've been to George's, you know what I'm talking about. Great haircuts and straight razor shaves. This guy will be my barber for life! It took a long time for me to find a good barber, so now that I have one, I will go to George as long as I still have hair anywhere on my head. The haircuts are perfect. You don't even need to tell him what you want, he can just look at you and know. It is crazy.

The prices are very reasonable (about 15-17 bucks) and the service and atmosphere are excellent. They are extremely courteous, funny guys and seem to remember every person that has ever walked through the door (seriously!). I moved about a year ago but I will still drive over an hour to get to his place (hey, a bad haircut will last a lot longer than that!)

This place is great! I've gone to George each time, but I haven't tried out the other guy yet. Exactly what I wanted in a barber shop and a haircut. My wife insists that I go there now and I always get compliments on my haircut. I am losing some of my hair, so it is important to go to someone who knows how to treat it right.
