I made an appointment to get my dog's 1 year rabies vaccination she asked if I wanted an exam also (being tight on funds I wasn't sure and told her that , but she said I could choose against it and just get the shot.) When I got there the girl said "it is our policy that vaccinations are such and such days and he has not been seen with us for an exam..." She goes in the back to talk to the girl who made the appointment and said "she doesn't remember saying that and it is our policy..." So I rearranged my day, borrowed a truck and spent my time driving there only to be called a liar! So they are left with an open appointment time, a pissed off customer, they made no money from me, and I will never go back there again! Wow...I think they need to reevaluate. It was not my fault the girl told me otherwise on the phone! Really too bad. Maybe they all need a course in how to deal with people and make your business successful. Word of mouth goes a long way. There are way too many other vets that are really a lot better! I would not recommend this place at all.

I found this Veterinary Clinic through someone that took their animals there. This clinic is absolutely there for the animals. You will NEVER be ripped off, they are always nothing but reasonable and fair. I have been to other Clinics in prior years and one of them also had their cats in the reception and office areas. Their cats are MANY times used as blood donors, so before people get rude about the cats being present they might want to ask why they are out. Really I don't understand why anyone cares anyway, they don't bother anyone. You can feel completely secure taking any of your pets here, they will get the very best care and their fees are very fair.

yes i agree with the others when saying that the people in this office are very rude, & when i took my dog in there (who doesn't like cats) ( cause they have 4 laying all over the place) they were totally rude. i felt like me & my dog weren't welcome there, the staff, the Dr & even the cats were rude rude rude!!!!

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Case for years and I have never been disappointed. I live in a low income household, and when compared to most other clinics, she offers some of the most affordable services I have found. The Dr. is very kind and really cares about her patients. The staff are very friendly and always greet me with a smile. It's comforting to know that they care about my animals as much as I do. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!

Dr. Case is the best doctor. I've worked with her on many occasions. She loves the animals regardless of how the clients treat her and is here for them.... the patients. She is honest... and won't take you on a trip for your money. I only take my animals to her and I recommend her to all my family and friends and people I come across. It doesn't get any better than this for a lady that loves her work and how she cares for your pet, which is family to her once you come in...she treats them all the same as of her own.
I've worked with over 20 something vets in the greater Sacramento area through school and internship and referring people to her and thats the only place i would trust my pets in. She is a gift to your family member.

I have been going to this vet for years. Called last thursday so I could get heart worm pills for my dog, needed to find out if I had to bring her with me. (for the blood test). was informed yes.So loaded her in the vehicle and went to the vets office. They pulled my file and then informed me things have changed and I needed to see the vet first and make an appointment. I naturally was confused, remember I did call was never told this, and I guess they had posted a memo around the office since last Nov. but for me I hadn't been there for 6 months. I only buy 6 months supply of heart worm, so how would I know this, and they never sent me anything in the mail. So I did say to them I will not be back, and they really didn't care to make any kind move to find a solution to this problem, it was just an o well who cares. AFTER 6 YEARS OF GOING TO THIS OFFICE I WAS TREATED VERY BADLY. AND I GUESS NOW I SHOULDN'T CARE. Business is bad every where and loosing a customer should be a concern for all. I felt they should have called the vet and make some other arrangement. But now I am back with my old vet who just so happens to have moved right down the street from me, and they were so very happy to see us again.

I bought my cat here after going to to other vets and there very nice and a very comfortable place if you dont mind 4 cats laying around but there very sweet and very calm you might forget they are there also the vet may be blunt with you and you may take it rude but is very honest she truly cared about my cat and trying to make her better and dont listen to the first 2 reviews there have no idea where there talking about cause the people there were awesome with my cat and not rude at all and they don't just care about the money!!! THIS WILL BE THE PLACE I'LL TAKE MY PETS TO EVERY TIME CAUSE I KNOW THERE WILL BE CARED FOR BY SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT ANIMALS AND NOT JUST THE MONEY!!!

Cirby Sunise Veterinary Clinic is a very respectable, honest clinic. They try to suit the needs of every one of their clients, and the doctor is very nice. The staff tries hard to make sure all animals in their care are safe and as comfortable as possible, and they pay individual care to every patient and client. Not only are they very friendly, their prices are some of the lowest in town. They don't try to charge you more than needed unlike some of the other clinics in the area. They support many local rescue groups and conduct themselves in a very respectful and professional manner.

I went to this place for an exam on my pregnant dog. The vet came in and was very rude. She grabbed at my dog, and of course a dog carrying puppies will be very protective of their stomach, so she pulled away, and the vet claimed my dog almost bit her. I didn't say anything and I waited for her diagnosis. I had questions and she answered them like I was a child with a dumb question. If I knew everything about my dog's pregnancy, I wouldn't be there! Finally, she DIDN'T KNOW if she was pregnant, and suggested a blood test. She brought in figures of how much it woud cost for the blood test ($10) and I agreed to do it. She left and another vet came in and drew blood from my dog's arm. He didn't put any bandage on her and tried to rush us out. He charged me for the exam, and attempted to charge me another $150 on top of the exam and blood test $40, and I said no. He said they would call in 24 hours with the results. The next day, I recieved no call. I called back, and the recpetionist was also very rude and said I didn't pay for the blood test, so they didn't run it. I just hung up. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE. THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF AND GAVE ME HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

i had made this appointment a month is advance and they told me to be there at 9am. but when i got there i told the lady working in the front i was here for a 9 am spying and she replied no you were supposed to be here before 9. cirby sunrise vet clinic was very rude and uniforming to me. i fill out the paper work and brought my dog in, as simple as that they were done with me and i felt they were in a hurry to get me out by repetitively saying be back at 3 then another lady be back at 4. so i left to a doctors appointment in Sac when they had to call me to tell me they need to look at my rabies papers. this place was very unprofessional and i don't think any pet owner should go there.
