Ross Stores

its awesome in ross downtown. they have a variety of accessories from clothes to gifts for your friends. staffs are very courteous but were not the best in terms of customer service. i would really recommed ross to those who are looking for inexpensive but good quality clothes. (=

the low prices reflect a complete negation of customer service. i am always left with a feeling that my money is more valuable somewhere else, and that they would rather serve themselves than a customer.

Ross is such a big store. No matter what kind of shopper you are (cheap or expensive) you will find an item that you will like. Their clothing is usually a brand name. They sell shoes, toys, picture frames, purses, jewlery, etc. The downside is that this store is way too crowded!!

This Ross store is located in downtown San Francisco. Ross is known for cheap prices, and at this store, you can find lots of cool deals for clothes, jewelry, shoes, handbags, games, toys, etc...The only negatives include lots of the items being damaged and stained and the lines are incredibly long!

I've been here a few times and that was enough for me. Every time I go here it's messy and dirty. It makes me not want to buy anything there. Especially the clothes--they look like the racks have been torn apart. Nothing is organized really well. I feel like because the store isn't cared for the items are being trashed and it's easy to find many broken products all over the store.

This is one big Ross. Theres things everywhere and its messy but most Ross are messy anyway. If you dig throughly you'll find what you want. It requires lots of digging around to find what you want. Overall its pretty decent.

This store is somewhat disorganized although they do have a wide variety of items available for purchase, such as shirts, jeans, skirts, candles, purses, and belts.

so i would have to say that i didn't like this store. the condition it was in was horrible. the people were very shabby and pushy. i didn't like it at all.

there store was messy. no different than what everyone else said. horrible crowds. felt like i was trapped and suffocated from the lack of air. clothing was so messy that i didn't even get to shop.

This Ross has been the only one where I have found formal dresses. Looking around, it is quite untidy and could be better. What could one expect at downtown S.F.? I've stepped on sticky stuff on the floor, but what's the fun if I didn't step on sticky stuff at discount stores? There are better Ross' out there, this one has long lines (cashier and dressing rooms). So beware.

good clothes here but its very messy. i didn't like how it was so overcrowded. it felt lke i was digging for treasure to find something descent. very badd store.

I WENT HERE AND I HATED IT SO MUCH. IT WAS VERY CROWDED AND FULL OF PEOPLE. THE CLOTHES WERE EVERYWHERE AND IT WASN'T ENJOYABLE. PEOPLE WERE VERY RUDE AND PUSHY. IT FELT LIKE CHRISTMAS IN FEBUARY! I AM NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN, I WILL JUST GO TO THE NEAREST LOCAL ROSS AROUND HERE.

people were literally walking all over the clothing. the clothing here is so cheap and dirty. this is the dirtiest ross that i have ever seen in my life. people were pushy, rude and the workers were horrible. they need serious management at this store. just terrible is what it is.

I guess because this is located in SF, this store is really cramped and messy. There are a lot better Ross's out there. Maybe because there are so many people who come here, I rarely find anything worth buying at this location.

you cannot find anything here, but once you do...it's great. the clothes here are very cheap and it's often really really REALLY crowed. the workers looked so stressed that you don't want to ask them to help locate anything. the elevator looks like it's going to break down. this place is really messy, but the clothes fit the price.

Ross is a good place where you can find cheap clothes. Sometimes they have a top brand name for a really good deal. The place is pretty messy but if you've got the time then search for it. If you want to get what you want then you will have to look for it. Its well worth to search for it since its a good deal. Its pretty crowded though. Overall its good if you have time to spare or just looking for some cheap clothes.

Ross is a great store for rock-bottom prices on all sorts of desginers. This store has a huge amount of clothings, shoes, housewares etc. and can be overwhelming. I find that you have to go with a hunters mentality because you really have to dig for what you seek. If you have the time, it is well worth it, because you will save an incredible amount of money. I just bought a pair of Seven jeans here for only $45 on clearance!

Now I know Ross is a discount store, so you're not expecting it to be a glamorous store to be shopping in. But I've been to Ross in Alameda and other SF locations, and they have never been as messy or unorganized as this location in downtown San Francisco. Unfortunately, it might have something to do with the clientele and the location (it's a few blocks from some pretty sketchy neighborhoods).

I would recommend staying away if at all possible because of the mess and the extremely long checkout lines.

This Ross store location is OK, though, not my favorite, I prefer the one in Pacifica. The store itself is pretty huge and they have the usual Ross merchindise of inexpensive clothing, shoes, linin, comforters and gift items from third world countries. The only complaint I have about this store is that it is in a high traffic shopping area that is right close to Serramonte Mall, so all of the stuff in the store is pretty picked over. I really like the towels and comforters that they have for sale here, they are so much cheaper than the Depatment store and have better looking patterns and colors too.

One of my favorite clothing stores. It is in a great location, right in the middle of downtown near Union Square. So after shopping in those high end stores you can swing by here and get cheap brand name clothing for less. They have shoes, men, women's clothes, home goods, and more. Worth checking out.

This is the best place in the world to buy cheap women's underwear in outrageous colors and patterns. As well, lots of teen girls' tops that are sort of hip and good to wear for a few months and then throw away. Not the place to look for high quality. You'll want to wash your hands after visiting the dressing room.
