Do yourself a favor and find another printer. These people don't have a clue. The quality was just okay but the customer service and the firm's business principles are non-existent.

Do yourself a favor and find another printer. These people don't have a clue. The quality was just okay but the customer service and the firm's business principles are non-existent.

This company has extremely poor customer service and no integrity in the quality of their work. They farmed out our job to a 3rd party print shop which completely botched up it up (their error). When we complained and wanted a them to re-print the job to our satisfaction, they claimed this 3rd Party print shop wouldn't do it and Frye's shrugged their shoulders and said ""Oh well!"". They tried to worm out of responsibility in every way including blaming our perfectly competent designer (who had done everything right). When pressed, they made us (we, the customer!) jump through hoops by filling out forms, mailing samples, sending letters, etc. to send to this 3rd party print shop to ""convince"" them to reprint our messed-up order. When we finally had enough and told Frye's so, the representative said she's offer us a full refund instead. A week later when we took her up on this, she stopped returning calls and messages.\r\nThere are so many QUALITY print shops out there that treat their customers with respect and conduct their business with integrity, why waste your time and energy with these jerks?\r\n
