this company is a well rounded company and has provided excellent customer service to my roomate and I. We moved into a new location through this company and i must say it was the smoothest process i have had yet. Many companies like boardwalk usually take weeks to respond but not this one. They answered all questions quickly and without hesitation. Use boardwalk whenever you can.

I just got the new condo which managed by this company one month ago. I called them a couple of times at the first two weeks, but no one answered the phone. When we moved in, the guy told us that we did not have the right to move in. All the process related to new owner are very very slow. Here is an example. I left the voice message and emailed them regarding the Phone Connection Issue within the building, they back to me after four hours, and said that it is not their responsibility. There is no checklist for the new owner, and the association assistant also does not have the knowledge about it.\r\n\r\nOverall, I would say the service is bad.
