they're known as being the best bakery on the west coast, but i think it's further. i have been to france many times and never found a baguette this good. this is a tiny little place - only 2 or 3 people can be in the "shop" at one time. you go to a counter and there is an amazing aroma eminating from the ovens! if you are lucky enough to be there when they pull out the rustic baguettes or the cinnamon sticks - you will think you died and gone to bread heaven.
PROS: everything
CONS: they run out of things fast due to the enormous amount of business
