When I started at Curves I was way out of shape. Everything was a struggle. Laurie worked diligently with me to retrain me to use the Curves machines properly and encouraged me all the time. I am still working towards my goal and have made tremendous progress. In fact, she has inspired me to work out in other ways as well. My health is definitely improving and that's a great thing. I recommend the Curves in Felton for anyone who wants to get or stay in shape in a safe and caring environment.
